1. What are the care instructions?

A: In order to take the best care of your super cute BITTERJOY items, please hand wash COLD and GENTLY. Lay flat to dry. Never iron. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. 

 

2. What is the return policy?

A: We are a very small business, therefore we can't accommodate any returns/refunds. NO returns/refunds are acceptable after any purchases. All sales final. We are not responsible for any lost/damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. If there is something physically wrong with your item(s) that differ from what the item description has explained already, please reach out to our customer service: bitterjoyhelp@gmail.com. We will try our best to help you :)

 

3. When will my package be shipped?

A: We usually ship within 1-3 business days via USPS first class package. Shipping may be delayed up to two weeks during any holiday seasons. 

 

4. Where is the size chart?

A: Please check the description of each BITTERJOY product for size references. If you are between sizes, we suggest size up if you have broad shoulders and size down if you want a tighter fit.

 

5. I'm an international customer, how can I buy from BITTERJOY?

A: Our website supports international purchases. There is a wide range of shipping carriers to choose from at checkout.
